How PRBot Makes Money

StartupBros LLC d/b/a PR Bot ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") generates revenue in two primary ways:

1. Subscription fees. Customers pay monthly or annual subscription fees to use the PRBot platform for AI-powered media outreach. This is our primary source of revenue.
2. Affiliate commissions. We operate an affiliate program where third-party publishers, content creators, and marketers ("affiliates") promote PRBot and earn commissions when they refer new paying customers. We may also earn commissions when we link to third-party products or services on our website.

We believe you deserve to know when a financial relationship exists between us and any company or product we mention, and when others have a financial incentive to recommend our service.

Our Affiliate Program (Others Promote PRBot)

We operate an affiliate program that allows third-party publishers to earn commissions by referring new customers to PRBot. This means that some content about PRBot that you encounter on the internet — including reviews, tutorials, comparisons, and recommendations — may have been created by affiliates who earn a commission if you sign up through their referral link.

What This Means for You

• When someone recommends PRBot and includes a referral link, they may earn a commission if you subscribe through that link
• The price you pay is the same whether or not you use an affiliate's referral link
• Our affiliates are contractually required to clearly disclose their material connection to PRBot in compliance with FTC guidelines (16 CFR Part 255)
• We actively monitor affiliate promotional materials and require removal of non-compliant content within 24 hours of notification

Affiliate Links on This Website (We Recommend Others)

Some pages on prbot.ai may contain links to third-party products, tools, or services. Where we participate in an affiliate or referral program with a third-party provider, clicking on a link and completing a purchase or signup may result in PRBot earning a referral commission from that provider.

How to Identify Affiliate Links

We strive to identify affiliate links where they appear in our content. When a page on our site contains affiliate links, you will see a disclosure at or near the top of the page (for example: "This page contains affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you."). Individual affiliate links may also be identified inline.

What Affiliate Links Do Not Affect

Our affiliate relationships do not influence:

• Whether we recommend a product or service — we only recommend tools and services we believe provide genuine value to our users
• The editorial content, ratings, or opinions expressed in our articles, guides, or other materials

Material Connections Disclosure

• Affiliate commissions: We may earn commissions from third-party companies when users click links on our website and complete a purchase or signup
• Affiliate program: Third-party affiliates earn commissions from us when they refer new paying customers to PRBot
• Testimonials: Some testimonials on our website may come from customers who received discounted or complimentary access, or from affiliates who earn commissions through our program. Where applicable, these material connections are disclosed alongside the testimonial
• Related entities: PRBot is operated by StartupBros LLC, which also operates StartupBros.com and other properties. References between these properties constitute material connections

International Compliance

In addition to FTC guidelines, we strive to comply with advertising disclosure requirements in all jurisdictions where our content is accessible:

• United Kingdom: We comply with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) CAP Code, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance, and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, failure to disclose commercial relationships may result in penalties of up to 10% of global turnover

Our affiliates are contractually required to comply with disclosure requirements in their respective jurisdictions, including UK/EU-specific labeling obligations where the term "affiliate" alone is insufficient and clearer labels such as "#ad" or "advertisement" are required.
