Yes. Annual billing works out to about 2 months free compared to paying monthly: Starter is $2,997/year (about $249.75/month), Pro is $4,997/year (about $416.42/month), and Agency is $9,997/year (about $833.08/month).

Three conditions apply. Your PR Profile must be fully completed (expertise, website, and professional credentials). Your subscription must stay active and in good standing for the entire 30-day period, with no failed payments. And the guarantee applies only to your first subscription with PRBot, not to renewals or later subscriptions — a customer who has already received a refund under the guarantee is not eligible for another one. Not sure whether you qualify? Just ask.

Email support@prbot.ai within your first 30 days. We may ask for a brief explanation. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Outside the 30-day guarantee window, subscription fees are non-refundable. Canceling stops future billing but does not refund the unused portion of the current period, and downgrades produce billing credit rather than cash refunds. Additional-capacity purchases are non-refundable because the capacity is available immediately. If you think your situation deserves a second look, reply and we will review it.

EU and EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This is independent of the 30-day money-back guarantee: we apply whichever mechanism gives you the greater benefit. You cannot receive double reimbursement for the same payment.

Please email support@prbot.ai before disputing a charge with your bank. Billing concerns are almost always resolved faster through support than through a dispute, and refund requests are handled directly. The quickest path to a resolution is simply replying to us.

If a payment fails to process, we make reasonable attempts to notify you before access is suspended. To fix it, update your card from the Billing page: click "Visit Billing Portal" to open the Stripe billing portal and change your payment method there.

Yes. Starter and Pro include 1 active profile and Agency includes 3, and you can raise the limit anytime with "Increase Profile Limit" on your Billing page. That adds capacity to your existing subscription: you are charged a prorated amount immediately for the current period, and your recurring price increases going forward. Because the capacity is available immediately, additional-capacity purchases are non-refundable.

You can delete your account yourself from Settings, under the Danger Zone section. For security, the flow sends a one-time verification code to your account email and asks you to confirm it before the deletion is finalized. Personal data is removed within 30 days of deletion, except where the law requires longer retention: payment records are kept as required by tax and accounting law, typically 7 years, and individual-level analytics data is retained up to 24 months.

Email privacy@prbot.ai with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." That covers access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection requests. We verify your identity before processing and respond within 45 days. PRBot does not sell personal information for money; California and other US state consumers can submit a Do Not Sell/Share opt-out at prbot.ai/do-not-sell, and we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out.
