1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a conditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are a new customer and we fail to meet the guaranteed number of backlinks for your plan within the first 30 days of your active subscription, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
Guarantee Conditions & Eligibility
To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
- Complete Profile: You must have fully completed your PR Profile on our platform, including accurate information about your expertise, website, and professional credentials. Our ability to secure backlinks is directly dependent on the quality and completeness of the information you provide.
- Good Standing: Your account and subscription must remain active and in good standing (i.e., no failed payments) for the entire 30-day guarantee period.
- New Customers Only: This guarantee applies only to your first subscription with PR Bot and cannot be applied to subsequent subscriptions or renewals.
Backlink Verification
- A backlink is considered "placed" when it is live on the publisher's website and reported to you through your dashboard.
- The Domain Rating (DR) of a backlink is measured using Ahrefs.com at the time it is reported. We are not responsible for subsequent fluctuations in a site's DR or for links being removed by the publisher after they have been successfully placed.

2. Standard Refund Policy
Outside of the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new customers, please note the following:
- Recurring Payments: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. These recurring payments are non-refundable.
- No Prorated Refunds: If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, your access will continue until the end of the period, and you will not be billed again. We do not provide prorated refunds for any unused portion of your subscription term.
- Upgrades and Downgrades: When you upgrade your plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. When you downgrade, your account will be credited a prorated amount that will be applied to future invoices. No cash refunds are issued for downgrades.
- Additional Site Purchases: Payments made for purchasing additional site capacity are non-refundable, as this capacity is made available to you immediately.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings within your account dashboard. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first if you have any concerns about a charge. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company will result in the immediate suspension of your account.
