Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making PR Bot usable by everyone

Last Updated: March 18, 2026

This statement applies to the PR Bot website and web application at https://prbot.ai/ and all subdomains operated by StartupBros LLC d/b/a PR Bot ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

1. Our Commitment

StartupBros LLC d/b/a PR Bot is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and we are committed to providing an experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.

Accessibility is not a feature or an afterthought at PR Bot — it is an ongoing commitment embedded in how we design, build, and maintain our platform. We recognize that accessibility benefits everyone: people using screen readers, people navigating by keyboard, people with low vision or color blindness, people with motor impairments, and people using the platform in constrained environments.

2. Conformance Standard

PR Bot strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. WCAG 2.2 is developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) and is the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility. Level AA conformance means that the content satisfies all Level A and Level AA success criteria, or a Level AA conforming alternate version is provided.

We assess our conformance status as partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve and maintain full conformance.

Where applicable, we also reference:

  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act — applicable to U.S. federal agency requirements
  • EN 301 549 — the European standard for ICT accessibility, which incorporates WCAG 2.1 Level AA and is referenced by the European Accessibility Act (EAA)
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III — which the U.S. Department of Justice has determined applies to websites as places of public accommodation

3. Scope

This accessibility statement applies to:

  • The PR Bot marketing website at https://prbot.ai/
  • The PR Bot web application (authenticated dashboard, profile management, campaign tools, and billing pages)
  • Transactional emails and notifications generated by the platform

This statement does not cover third-party content or websites linked from PR Bot that are not under our control, including Featured.com (operated by Terkel Inc.) and external media publications.

4. Accessibility Features

PR Bot incorporates the following accessibility features across the platform:

4.1 Navigation and Structure

  • Semantic HTML5 elements (nav, main, article, section, header, footer) for proper document structure
  • Consistent heading hierarchy (h1–h6) across all pages
  • Keyboard-navigable interface — all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements for keyboard users
  • Skip navigation links where appropriate
  • ARIA landmarks and roles to support assistive technology navigation

4.2 Visual Design

  • Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Dark mode support with accessible color palettes in both themes
  • Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Text content is resizable without assistive technology up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Information is not conveyed by color alone — icons, text labels, and patterns supplement color cues

4.3 Forms and Interactive Elements

  • All form fields include associated labels and, where applicable, descriptive help text
  • Error messages are clearly identified and described in text, associated with their respective form fields
  • Interactive targets (buttons, links, form controls) meet the minimum 24×24 CSS pixel target size requirement
  • Consistent help and navigation placement across pages

4.4 Content and Media

  • Descriptive alt text on images that convey information
  • Decorative images are marked as presentational
  • Link text is descriptive and indicates the purpose of each link without relying on surrounding context
  • Plain language is used wherever possible to improve comprehension

5. Measures We Take

PR Bot takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our platform:

  • Development process integration — Accessibility considerations are included in our design and development workflow, not treated as a separate phase
  • Automated testing — We use automated accessibility testing tools including axe-core (Deque Systems) and Google Lighthouse to identify common accessibility issues during development
  • Manual testing — Automated tools identify approximately 30–40% of accessibility issues. We supplement automated testing with manual keyboard navigation testing and screen reader evaluation
  • Semantic markup practices — We follow semantic HTML best practices and WAI-ARIA authoring practices to ensure proper communication with assistive technologies
  • Continuous improvement — We regularly review and improve the accessibility of our platform as we release new features and update existing ones
  • Feedback responsiveness — We treat accessibility feedback as high-priority issues and track them through our standard issue resolution process
